京津冀协同发展视域下天津市高职人才培养目标的新定位

摘　　要：文章以京津冀协同发展战略为逻辑起点,以人才培养目标为研究对象,基于天津市现代产业体系发展对劳动者的技能素质和职业能力提出的新要求,深化职业教育改革,促进人才培养供给和产业需求融合发展,进一步提出天津市高职人才培养目标新定位为技能复合的实用型人才、综合职业能力型人才、创新型人才、可持续发展型人才。The article takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy as the logical starting point and the talent training target as the research object. Based on the new requirements of workers’ skills and vocational ability as a result of the development of Tianjin’s modern industrial system, it’s required to deepen the vocational education reform and promote the integrated development of talent supply and industry demand. Furthermore, the article proposes that Tianjin vocational colleges should refocus on equipping talents with comprehensive skills,comprehensive professional ability, innovative spirits, and sustainable development capabilities.
