摘　　要：进度作为项目关键要素之一,制约着项目乃至公司的发展,而对于化工企业而言,项目进度更是重中之重,传统进度管理方法在工期紧、任务重、难度大、内容繁杂的情况下难以发挥较强的管控力。论文创新性地引用关键链理论,在剖析难点的基础上,进行大型复杂化工项目建设进度管控,并取得相应应用实效。As one of the key factors of the project,the schedule restricts the development of the project and even the company.For chemical enterprises,project schedule is the most important,and the traditional schedule management method is difficult to exert strong control in the situation of tight schedule,heavy task,great difficulty and complicated content.Based on the analysis of the difficulties,this paper innovatively introduces the critical chain theory to control the construction schedule of large-scale and complex chemical construction projects,and achieves corresponding practical results.
