摘  要:太赫兹透镜天线是近年来研究的热点,目前折射式成像系统的分辨率和视场角受制于透镜天线的性能。传统的单透镜天线和倒置显微镜形式的多透镜天线组不能满足校正离轴像差的需求,从而导致离轴波束的分辨率下降,限制了系统视场角的增加。针对这种情况,文中提出了一套完整的太赫兹透镜天线组设计方法,利用ZEMAX优化透镜天线组的内部参数,最后利用电磁场高频仿真软件FEKO验证衍射效应的影响并计算系统的分辨率和近场增益。The multibeam lens antenna in terahertz band is one of the hot issues in recent years.Till now,the resolution of the terahertz refraction imaging and the field of view(FOV)are limited by the lens antenna.The traditional single lens antenna and the structure of the reverted microscope cannot meet the requirements of the aberration correction.In this case,the resolution of the off-axis beam is declined,limiting the increase of the FOV.In view of this situation,a complete design method is proposed.In the design process,the original parameters of the lens antenna are obtained by a split method.ZEMAX is used to optimize the parameters of the lens antenna and the optical performance.FEKO is adopted to prove the effect of diffraction and calculate the resolution of the lens antenna.
