摘 要:CT检查作为重要的诊断方式在临床应用中日益广泛,高质量的CT技术应用不仅能够得到更准确的诊断结果,而且能更好地引导临床制定诊治方案,但影像检查易给患者健康带来高风险。低辐射剂量、低浓度对比剂可在结直肠CT成像中,获得满意图像质量的同时降低患者的辐射剂量及对比剂的摄入量,减少患者的受照剂量,尽量避免对比剂引起的药物不良反应。Nowadays,as an important diagnostic method,CT is widely used in clinical application increasingly.The application of high-quality CT enables doctors to obtain more accurate diagnoses and clinical treatment.However,the high health risks associated with ionizing radiation from increasing radiation testing cannot be ignored.The purpose of this study is to explore the application value of low radiation dose and low concentration contrast medium in colorectal CT imaging,in order to obtain satisfactory image quality and reduce the radiation dose and contrast medium intake of patients,so as to reduce the radiation dose of patients and avoid adverse drug reactions caused by contrast agents as far as possible.
