摘 要:镍钛根管器械由特殊镍钛合金加工而成,凭借其优良的柔韧性和根管成形能力等优势,广泛应用于临床根管预备中。临床工作中,镍钛根管器械在重复使用时,通常使用高压蒸汽灭菌进行消毒。近年来,高压蒸汽灭菌对镍钛根管器械物理性能的影响备受学者关注。该文就高压蒸汽灭菌对镍钛根管器械表面形貌、抗折断性、切割效率的影响,高压蒸汽灭菌与热弹性等方面的研究进展进行综述,以便为临床使用提供参考。Nickel-titanium root canal instrument is a kind of root canal instrument processed by special nickel-titanium alloy. It is widely used in clinical root canal preparation due to its excellent flexibility, root canal forming ability and advantages of saving time and labor. In clinical use, nickel-titanium root canal instruments are typically sterilized using autoclaving when reused. In recent years, the influence of autoclave sterilization on physical properties of nickel-titanium root canal instruments has attracted much attention. In this paper, the research progress on the surface topology, fatigue resistance, cutting efficiency and autoclave sterilization and thermoelasticity of nickel-titanium rotary instruments will be reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical use.
