康复期乳腺癌中医证候与焦虑、抑郁及睡眠障碍的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复期乳腺癌各种中医证候与焦虑、抑郁及睡眠障碍的相关性。方法:建立650例康复期乳腺癌的证候数据库,分别采用综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HADS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评估康复期乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍状况,通过Logistic回归分析研究焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍与康复期乳腺癌中医证候的相关性。结果:焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍与肝肾亏虚证、肝郁脾虚证、脾肾亏虚证、心肾不交证均有一定的相关性。结论:肝肾亏虚型康复期乳腺癌患者更易合并疲乏、焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍。Objective:To explore the relationship between TCM syndromes of mammary cancer at the recovery stage and anxiety,depression and sleep-disorder.Methods:After establishing syndrome database of 650 patients with mammary cancer at the recovery stage,hospital anxiety and depression scales(HADS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used respectively to evaluate the conditions of anxiety,depression and sleep-disorder of the patients with mammary cancer at the recovery stage,Logistic regression analysis was adopted to study the correlation between anxiety,depression,sleep-disorder and TCM syndromes of mammary cancer at the recocery stage.Results:Anxiety,depression,sleep-disorder are related to liver-kidney depletion syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen-kidney depletion syndrome and heart-kidney imbalance syndrome to a certain degree.Conclusion:The patients with mammary cancer at the recovery stage of liver-kidney depletion syndrome easily suffer from the complications including fatigue,anxiety,depression,sleep-disorder and others.
