摘  要:目的探讨脑血康胶囊联合尼莫地平对高血压脑出血患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选取自2018年1月至2019年6月北部战区总医院收治的80例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分常规组与观察组,每组各40例。常规组接受常规尼莫地平治疗,观察组接受脑血康联合尼莫地平治疗。治疗15 d后,比较两组患者治疗前后的HCY、IGF-1及hs-CRP水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的HCY、hs-CRP水平均显著降低,IGF-1水平均显著提高,与各组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后,观察组HCY、hs-CRP水平低于常规组,IGF-1水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血康胶囊联合尼莫地平能更进一步降低HCY、hs-CRP水平,提高IGF-1水平,有效地改善患者神经受损程度,抑制炎性反应,有助于预后恢复,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of Naoxuekang capsule combined with nimodipine on the levels of homocysteine(HCY),insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A retrospective study was performed on 80 cases of patients with HICH who were admitted from January 2018 to June 2019.Patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients of the conventional group were given nimodipine,the ones of the observation group were given Naoxuokang capsule combined with nimodipine.After 15 days of treatment,HCY,IGF-1 and hs-CRP levels in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,HCY and hs-CRP levels in both groups were significantly decreased,and IGF-1 level in both groups was significantly increased,and compared with each group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And after treatment,HCY and hs-CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and IGF-1 level was higher than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxuekang capsule combined with nimodipine can further reduce the levels of HCY and hs-CRP and increase the level of IGF-1,effectively improve the degree of nerve damage in patients,inhibit inflammatory response,contribute to the recovery of prognosis,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life.
