摘　　要：目的:探讨有无滥用过海洛因的甲基苯丙胺滥用患者的乙型病毒性肝炎(HBV)和丙型病毒性肝炎(HCV)的感染情况。方法:对近4年余在我院住院治疗且完成HBV和HCV血清学检验的272例甲基苯丙胺滥用患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为有无海洛因滥用两组并比较两组间的HBsAg、抗-HCV阳性率。结果:既往滥用过海洛因组的HBsAg、抗-HCV阳性率均显著高于既往未滥用过海洛因组(前者的阳性率分别为28.0%、61.3%,后者的阳性率分别为11.2%、2%)。结论:既往滥用过海洛因的甲基苯丙胺滥用者中HBV和HCV的感染率均显著高于未曾滥用过海洛因者。Objective:The study was to investigate the rates of Viral Hepatitis B and Viral Hepatitis C infection in patients with methamphetamine abusers who had or not abused heroin.Methods:We included 170 inpatients with methamphetamine abusers,which had HBV,HCV blood test result in medical records in the last one year to determine the rate of infection and compare the different results between two groups who had or not abused heroin.Results:The positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HCV in which had abused heroin were both much higher than those(28.0% and 61.3%,11.2% and 2%,respectively) in which had not abused heroin.Conclusion:HBV and HCV infection rate in methamphetamine abuser who had abused heroin were both much higher than those who had not abused heroin.
