摘 要:试验以5M017和5D07为父、母本杂交组配的110株F2代分离群体为试材,筛选68对多态性较好的SSR引物构建遗传图谱,覆盖1607.7 cM,平均遗传距离23.64 cM。用完备复合区间作图法(ICIM)对玉米淀粉(总淀粉、直链淀粉、支链淀粉)含量进行QTL分析。结果表明,共检测到17个与玉米淀粉含量有关的QTL,其中,10个与总淀粉含量有关,分布在除第4以外的染色体上,有8个位点加性效应为负值,总淀粉含量增效基因主要来自父本;与直链淀粉含量有关的QTL有5个,分别位于第2、3、6、8、10染色体上,4个位点加性效应为正值直链淀粉增效基因多数来自母本;与支链淀粉含量有关的QTL有2个,位于第3、10染色体上,均表现遗传负效应。位于第10染色体标记区间phi059-umc1432检测到3种淀粉含量相关QTL。A genetic linkage map was created based on 110 F2 individuals from the cross between parent5 M017 and 5 D07. The total genetic distance of the genetic linkage map was 1607.7 cM with an average of 23.64 cM between two markers. Quantitative trait locus controlling maize starch(total starch, amylose, amylopectin) content were analyzed by using an integrated composite interval mapping(ICIM) method. The results showed that 17 QTLs related to maize starch were identified. Ten of QTLs were related to total starch content, which distributed on the chromosomes except for the 4 th, the additive effect of 8 sites were negative, so synergistic genes of total starch content were mainly from male 5 M017. There were 5 QTLs about amylose, which located on chromosomes 2, 3, 6, 8, 10,and the synergistic genes of amylose content were mainly from female 5 D07 because the additive effect of 4 loci was positive. Two QTLs related to amylopectin were found which located on chromosomes 3, 10 and the value of the effect was negative. A QTL controlling all of the three maize starch content was detected on phi059-umc1432 of chromosome 10.
