摘 要:近年来,我国网络进口食品及原料数量呈现不断增加的态势。然而,我国现行法律法规是针对传统一般性食品级原料的进口而制定的,已经不能满足当前日益发展的网络进口食品及原料安全监督的需要。文章首先阐述了网络进口食品及原料安全的现状,进而分析了监管中存在的问题,最后提出具有针对性的对策、建议。In recent years,the quantity of online imported food and raw materials in China has been increasing.However,China's current laws and regulations are formulated for the import of traditional general food-grade raw materials,which can no longer meet the needs of safety supervision of the current growing online imported food and raw materials.Firstly,expound the current situation of the safety of imported food and raw materials on the internet,and then analyze the existing problems in the supervision,finally,put forward the targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
