前部缺血性视神经病变与特发性视神经炎患者视野改变的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)与特发性视神经炎(ION)患者的视野差异,探究其不同特点及发生机制.方法抽取2015年1月至2018年6月于郑州人民医院眼科诊治的AION和ION患者的视野资料进行对比,分别对患者的性别,年龄组成,最佳矫正视力(BCVA),视野检查日期,检查时瞳孔大小,视野缺损类型,位置,视野平均缺损(MD)和模式缺损(PSD)情况进行记录.结果AION患者36例40眼,ION患者29例33眼.AION和ION患者性别、年龄组成、BCVA、视野检查日期、检查时瞳孔大小、MD和PSD比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论AION和ION在临床症状方面多有相似,但两者视野表现较为多样,这与疾病发生机制关系密切,临床上可通过视野检查实现这两种疾病的鉴别诊断.Objective To investigate the visual field characteristics of patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(AION)and idiopathic optic neuritis(ION),and explore the occurrence mechanism.Methods The visual field data of patients with AION and idiopathic demyelinating optic neuritis(ION)diagnosed and treated in the Ophthalmology Department of Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were compared.The patient’s gender,age composition,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),visual field date,pupil size at the time of examination,visual field defect type,location,visual field mean defect(MD),and mode defect(PSD)were recorded.Results There were 36 cases(40 eyes)with AION and 29 cases(33 eyes)with ION.There were significant differences in the mean age,the gender composition,BCVA,the visual field testing duration,the pupil sizes,MD and PSD between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions AION and ION are similar in clinical symptoms,but the visual field of the two is more diverse.It is closely related to the pathogenesis of the disease,so it differential diagnosis of the two diseases can be achieved by visual field examination.
