口腔正畸排齐阶段应用Laceback技术、弹力牵引对正畸效果的影响

摘　　要：目的对比观察在口腔正畸排齐阶段分别应用Laceback技术与弹力牵引对正畸效果的影响.方法抽取2017年8月至2019年7月在开封市人民医院进行口腔正畸治疗的58例患者,将其分为两组.对照组29例,应用轻弹力牵引技术;观察组29例,应用Laceback技术.结果排齐后,观察组患者尖牙旋转度大于对照组,牙弓长度、尖牙间宽度小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者上尖牙牙尖点(UCE)到Y轴距离变化差值大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疗程长于对照组(P<0.05).结论在口腔正畸排齐阶段应用Laceback技术可达到更加理想的正畸效果,但疗程长于弹力牵引.Objective To evulate the influence on orthodontic effect of Laceback technique and elastic traction in orthodontic stage.Methods A total of 58 patients treated from August 2017 to July 2019 for orthodontic treatment in Kaifeng Municipal People’s Hospital were selected.The control group(29 cases)was treated with light elastic traction,and observation group(29 cases)was treated with laceback technique.Results After alignment,the degree of rotation of canines in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,and the length of dental arch and width between canines were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The distance of upper canine(UCE)to Y axis in the observation group was changed.The difference was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The course of treatment in the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laceback technique can achieve more ideal orthodontic effect at the stage of orthodontic alignment,but the course of treatment is longer than elastic traction.
