摘　　要：目的探讨上海市初中生手机网络成瘾现况及其影响因素,为后续研究提供可参考依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法于2017年6-11月在上海市14个区抽取1910名初二年级学生进行问卷调查。结果上海市初中生手机网络成瘾总得分为(28.59±10.52)分,手机网络社交成瘾、手机网络娱乐成瘾、手机单纯强迫行为、手机网络信息成瘾得分分别为(7.31±3.50)分、(11.06±5.14)分、(4.09±2.06)分和(6.14±3.06)分。多因素回归分析显示,性别(β=-3.020)、年龄(β=0.972)、学校满意度(β=-1.896)、学习压力(β=1.993)和心理健康(β=-0.104)是影响初中生手机网络成瘾总得分的因素(P均<0.05)。调查对象不同类型手机网络成瘾影响因素存在差异,年龄、学校满意度、学习压力和心理健康影响其手机网络社交成瘾得分;性别、学校满意度、学习压力和心理健康影响其手机网络娱乐成瘾得分;性别、年龄、学校满意度和学习压力影响其手机单纯强迫行为得分;性别、学习压力和心理健康影响其手机网络信息成瘾得分。结论上海市初中生存在手机网络成瘾现象,性别、年龄、学校满意度、学习压力和心理健康是其影响因素。Objective To explore the current situation of mobile Internet addiction and its influencing factors among junior high school students in Shanghai,and to provide reference for follow-up study.Methods From June 2017 to November,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1910 junior and second grade students in 14 districts of Shanghai by multi-stage sampling method.Results The total score of mobile Internet addiction among junior high school students in Shanghai was(28.59±10.52),and the scores of mobile internet social addiction,mobile internet entertainment addiction,mobile phone pure compulsive behavior and mobile internet information addiction were(7.31±3.50),(11.06±5.14),(4.09±2.06)and(6.14±3.06),respectively.Multivariate regression of the total score of mobile Internet addiction showed that gender(β=-3.020)age(β=0.972),school satisfaction(β=-1.896),learning pressure(β=1.993)and mental health(β=-0.104)were the influencing factors,all P values were less than 0.05.Shanghai junior high school students had different influencing factors of different types of mobile internet addiction:age,school satisfaction,learning pressure and mental health were the influencing factors of mobile internet addiction.Gender,school satisfaction,learning pressure and mental health were the influencing factors of mobile internet entertainment addiction score.Gender,age,school satisfaction and learning pressure were the influencing factors of the score of mobile phone pure compulsive behavior.Gender,learning pressure and mental health status were the influencing factors of mobile internet information addiction score.Conclusion There has mobile Internet addiction among junior high school students in Shanghai.Gender,age,school satisfaction,learning pressure and mental health are the influencing factors.
