不同畜禽粪便浸出液对青钱柳种子发芽特性的影响研究

摘　　要：本文选取猪粪、牛粪、羊粪、鸡粪等4种畜禽粪便堆肥为供试样品,分别采用不同浓度的浸提液,对青钱柳种子进行育苗,统计其发芽率、根数、叶片数并测量根长。结果表明,猪粪、羊粪、鸡粪粪便浸提液在1∶40浸提比浓度处理下对青钱柳种子的相对发芽率、根数、叶片数有明显的促进作用,鸡粪浸提液的促进作用最明显,且鸡粪在1∶50和1∶60浸提比浓度下处理对相对发芽率也有一定的促进作用,因此鸡粪能显著提高青钱柳种子的相对发芽率、根数、叶片数。而猪粪、羊粪、鸡粪粪便浸提液1∶20浸提比浓度对青钱柳相对根长具有显著的促进作用,其余浸提比对青钱柳相对根长则有一定的抑制作用,且随着浓度的下降其抑制作用越显著。因此,用鸡粪粪便浸提液在1∶40浸提比浓度处理下对青钱柳种子育苗是有积极作用的,为今后对青钱柳种子育苗提供参考。In this paper,four kinds of animal and poultry manure compost such as pig dung,cow dung,sheep dung and chicken dung were selected as test samples,and different concentrations of leachate were used to seedling Cyclocarya paliurus seeds,and the germination rate,roots and leaves were counted.And the root length was measured.The results showed that the leachate of pig dung,sheep dung and chicken dung had an obvious effect on the relative germination rate,roots and leaves of C.paliurus seeds under 1∶40 leach-ratio treatment.The promotion effect of chicken dung was most obvious.The treatment of chicken dung at 1∶50 and 1∶60 leaching ratio concentrations also has a certain effect on the relative germination rate.Therefore,chicken dung can significantly increase the relative germination rate,roots and leaves of C.paliurus seeds.However,C.paliurus has a significant promotion effect on the root length of pig dung,sheep dung and chicken dung feces under the 1∶20 leach-ratio concentration treatment,and the rest of the leachate ratio has a certain inhibitory effect on the root length of C.paliurus.And as the concentration decreases,its inhibition becomes more significant.The use of chicken faecal leachate in 1:40 leach-ratio concentration treatment has a positive effect on the seed seedling of C.paliurus,which provides a reference for the future seed seedling of C.paliurus.
