摘　　要：目的分析化脓性盲肠憩室炎的CT表现,提高诊断及鉴别诊断水平。方法回顾分析15例经手术证实的化脓性盲肠憩室炎患者的临床资料及其CT检查情况。结果15例患者临床主诉均为右下腹疼痛,压痛无反跳痛,9例伴有转移性疼痛。15例CT表现为盲肠末端周围包块,周围脂肪间隙渗出,阑尾显示不清,4例包块内并见小气泡影。结论密切结合临床资料,认真分析影像表现,可提高化脓性盲肠憩室炎的影像诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the CT findings of purulent cecal diverticulitis,and to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods The clinical history and CT findings of 15 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results The clinical histories of the 15 patients were pain in the right lower abdomen,tenderness without rebound pain,and metastatic pain in 9 patients.In 15 patients,CT features showed a mass around the end of the cecal,and the peripheral fat gap exudation.The appendix shows unclear.In 4 cases,small air bubbles are seen in the mass.Conclusion It is closely combined with clinical history,careful analysis of the features can improve the accuracy of diagnosis for purulent cecal diverticulitis.
