摘  要:为构建白及种苗的繁育技术体系及其产业化生产示范提供理论依据,采用大棚人工栽培方法研究白及种子苗与组培苗的农艺性状和生理特性差异。结果表明:白及种子苗与组培苗的各项农艺性状指标值均随生长时间延长呈上升趋势,同一苗龄白及组培苗长势高于种子苗,组培苗6月龄、9月龄和12月龄的叶长、叶宽、鳞茎长和鳞茎宽分别较同期种子苗增加1.10~4.91 cm、0.41~1.15 cm、0.10~5.75 mm和0.94~1.66 mm;其鳞茎抗氧化酶活性优于种子苗,组培苗6月龄、9月龄和12月龄的过氧化物酶活性分别较同期种子苗增加9.72 U/(g FW·min)、0.35 U/(g FW·min)和-3.61 U/(g FW·min),超氧化物歧化酶活性分别增加202.77 U/(g FW·min)、145.84 U/(g FW·min)和86.59 U/(g FW·min);但其茎叶各项生理生化指标与种子苗的差异不明显。从生产成本考虑,白及种子苗可能成为目前白及种苗生产的主要来源。The difference in agronomic traits and physiological characteristics of seed seedlings and tissue culture seedlings in Bletilla striata is compared by an artificial cultivation method in greenhouse to provide the theoretical basis for propagation technical system and industrialization production of B.striata seedlings.Result:The various agronomic trait indexes of seed seedlings and tissue culture seedlings show a rising trend with extension of growth time.The growth vigor of tissue culture seedlings is higher than seed seedlings under the same seedling age and the leaf length,leaf width,bulb length and bulb width of tissue culture seedlings with six-month age,ninemonth age and one-year age are 1.10-4.91 cm,0.41-1.15 cm,0.10-5.75 mm and 0.94-1.66 mm higher than seed seedlings with six-month age,nine-month age and one-year age respectively.The bulb peroxidase activity of tissue culture seedlings with six-month age and nine-month age is 9.72 U/(g FW·min)and 0.35 U/(g FW·min)higher than seed seedlings with six-month age and nine-month age separately but the bulb peroxidase activity of tissue culture seedlings with one-year age is 3.61 U/(g FW·min)lower than seed seedlings with oneyear age.The bulb superoxide dismutase activity of tissue culture seedlings with six-month age,nine-month age and one-year age are 202.77 U/(g FW·min),145.84 U/(g FW·min)and 86.59 U/(g FW·min)higher than seed seedlings with six-month age,nine-month age and one-year age respectively.There are no obvious differences in various biochemical indexes of stem and leaf between seed seedlings and tissue culture seedlings.The seed seedlings may be the main source in production of B.striata seedlings considering the production cost at present.
