摘　　要：针对新型冠状病毒肺炎期间放射治疗场所的防控手段和措施等方面进行专家共识推荐,放射治疗场所是医疗机构里面人群较为聚集的场所之一,有2/3的恶性肿瘤患者需要接受放射治疗,2018年有124万人接受了放射治疗。为了最大限度减小需要接受放射治疗的患者受疫情的影响,专家组在疫情期间制定了防控手册、进行了区域划分、人员培训、应急预案制定、放疗流程优化等工作,有序地保证了在疫情期间放射治疗场所的工作。The development of methods and measures for the prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) in those places where the radiation treatments take place during the outbreak is recommended. Within a medical institution, the environments dedicated to radiotherapy are many and all relatively crowded. Two thirds of patients with malignant cancer need radiation therapy, a total of 1.24 million people received radiotherapy in 2018. In order to minimize the impact of COVID-19 on patients requiring radiotherapy, the expert group developed a prevention and control manual, divided the medical regions into zones, trained staff, formulated an emergency plan and optimized the radiotherapy process, ensuring an orderly conduct of the radiotherapy routine during the outbreak of the epidemic.
