摘 要:我国南方水稻收获季节正值高温,为减轻人工劳动强度,水稻联合收获机智能化是重要发展方向,为此设计了一种拟用于中小型智能水稻联合收获机的双电机驱动履带式底盘,主要由电机、蜗轮蜗杆减速器、电瓶、增程器、传动轴、驱动轮、支重轮、浮动轮、托轮以及张紧装置组成,履带接地长度1.14 m、轨距0.9 m、履带宽度0.4 m,采用2个直流永磁无刷电机驱动,总功率6 kW。基于Zigbee搭建了远程遥控系统,以自行设计的基于霍尔传感器非接触测功系统对该底盘两侧履带电机驱动功率进行检测;以底盘质量和行走速度为试验因素,基于MATLAB/SIMULINK对履带式底盘单侧驱动功率进行仿真试验、以测功系统得到的信号作为试验指标开展田间试验。结果表明,直行速度对功耗影响显著;整机质量对功耗影响显著;随整机质量增加,该机传动系统功耗损失相对减小;随直行速度增加,传动系统功耗基本保持不变;该底盘可满足实际生产需要。The rice harvesting season in southern China is at a high temperature, thus the intelligentization of rice combine harvester is an important development direction. For this aim, a dual-electric motor crawler chassis used for small and medium size harvester is designed. It is made up of electric motors, worm gear reducers, a battery, a range extender, a drive shaft, a drive wheel, a support wheel, a floating wheel, a support wheel and a tension device. Track grounding length is 1.14 m, track distance is 0.9 m, track width is 0.4 m, driven by 2 DC permanent magnet brushless motors, total power of which is 6 kW. A remote control system based on Zigbee is designed.The motors driven power which is to analyze the drive power of a single-sided crawler of chassis is tested by a self-designed non-contact hall sensor dynamometer system.Taking the mass of chassis and traveling speed as test factors, the simulation test of one-sided driving power of crawler chassis was carried out based on MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the field test was carried out by using the signal from dynamometer system as the test index. The results showed that velocity has a significant impact on power consumption;the mass of the whole machine has an impact on power consumption. With the increasing of the mass of the whole machine, the power loss of the transmission system of the machine decreases relatively. With the increasing of velocity, the power consumption of the transmission system remains basically unchanged. The chassis can meet the actual production needs.
