摘 要:简要介绍了山地拖拉机静液驱动回路工作原理。通过AMESim对山地拖拉机静液驱动回路进行了建模与仿真分析,得到相应的动作曲线。分析了阻尼孔、换向阀的弹簧刚度、负载的转动惯量、主泵排量及驱动马达排量的变化对山地拖拉机静液驱动回路动态特性的影响。所得结果为山地拖拉机静液驱动回路实际设计、选择和应用提供了参考。The working principle of hydrostatic driving loop of mountain tractor is briefly introduced. The hydrostatic driving loop of mountain tractor was modeled by AMESim and the corresponding action curve was obtained by simulation and analysis. The effects of different damping holes, different spring stiffness of directional valve, different moment of inertia of load, different displacement of main pump and different displacement of driving motor on the dynamic characteristics of hydrostatic driving loop of mountain tractor were analyzed. The obtained result provides some references for the practical design, selection and application of hydrostatic driving loop for mountain tractor.
