摘 要:基于生态位视角,分析区域外来人才与本地人才之间的竞合关系,当人才生态位发生重叠时,双方存在竞争与合作的策略选择。构建外来人才与本地人才的动态演化博弈模型,利用复制动态方程得到双方的演化稳定策略,从打破传统观念、错位竞争发展、压缩拓展并举和综合多元作用四方面为区域人才优化发展提出对策建议。最后以雄安新区为例,分析其外来人才与本地人才的生态位关系,以期为雄安新区的人才开发与优化提供参考。Based on the niche perspective, this paper analyzes the co-opetition relationship between the foreign talents and the original talents. When the niche of talents overlaps, the two sides have strategic choices of competition and cooperation. This paper constructs the dynamic evolutionary game model of foreign talents and local talents, obtains the evolutionary stability strategies of both sides by copying the dynamic equations, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the optimal development of regional talents from four aspects: breaking the traditional concept, dislocation competition development, compression and expansion simultaneously, and comprehensive multiple functions.Taking Xiong’an New Area as an example, this paper analyzes the niche relationship between foreign talents and local talents, in order to provide reference for talent development and optimization.
