摘　　要：研究以510条企业招聘广告为样本,运用内容分析法从企业视角分析我国就业市场对网络安全人才的任职要求。研究结果表明,我国企业对网络安全人才的任职要求可归纳为基本资历要求、知识要求、技能要求及职业素养要求4大类。研究结果为我国网络安全人才培养模式改革和网络安全专业学生自我素质提升提供一种思路。In this study, 510 enterprise recruitment advertisements are taken as samples, and content analysis method is used to analyze the job requirements of China’s employment market for network security talents from the perspective of enterprises. The results show that the job requirements for network security talents in Chinese enterprises can be divided into four categories: basic qualification requirements, knowledge requirements, skills requirements and professional quality requirements. The research results provide a way for the reform of network security personnel training mode and the self-improvement of network security students.
