蚌埠地区医药护人员高血压治疗认知情况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解蚌埠地区医药护人员高血压治疗认知度及影响因素,为进一步开展高血压管理提供参考。方法 于2017年对蚌埠地区医药护等相关医务人员的高血压治疗认知情况及影响因素进行现场匿名问卷调查,包括调查对象的一般情况、高血压治疗认知情况。结果 共发放调查问卷856份,回收问卷738份,排除部分问题未作答、表述不清等问卷,最终纳入问卷650份。调查对象在"一般认知""监测项目""生活干预措施""药物治疗启动时机""联合用药"问题中的完全答对人数(率)依次为252人(38.77%),209人(32.15%),260人(40.00%),25人(3.85%),2人(0.31%);无1人全答对;调查对象上述各题的得分依次为(13.62±6.12)分,(13.09±5.90)分,(11.30±8.31)分,(0.77±3.85)分,(3.86±4.94)分,问卷总得分为(42.65±15.70)分;年龄、工作年限、职称、学历、执业类别均为影响因素,且前三者的综合效应比后两者更重要;年龄≥50岁、工作年限≥30年、高级职称人员并未取得更高问卷得分。结论 需加强对蚌埠地区医药护人员高血压治疗知识、特别是"药物治疗启动时机""联合用药"知识的培训,并应重视高年资医药护人员的培训。Objective To investigate the cognitive level and influencing factors of hypertension treatment among doctors,pharmacy staff and nursing staff in Bengbu area,and to provide reference for further management of hypertension.Methods In 2017,on-site anonymous questionnaire surveys were conducted on the cognition and influencing factors of hypertension treatment among doctors,pharmacy staff and nursing staff in the area,including the general situation of the respondents and the cognition of hypertension treatment.Results A total of 856 questionnaires were distributed and 738 questionnaires were collected.After excluding the incomplete and unclear ones,650 questionnaires were included in the study.Completely correct number(rate)of respondents in the"General cognition,Monitoring project,Life intervention measures,Initial drug treatment time,Combined medication"was respectively 252(38.77%),209(32.15%),260(40.00%),25(3.85%),and 2(0.31%),while the completely correct number in all questions was 0.The scores of respondents in the above questions were(13.62±6.12),(13.09±5.90),(11.30±8.31),(0.77±3.85),(3.86±4.94)points,and the questionnaire score was(42.65±15.70)points.Age,working years,professional title,educational background,and career were the influencing factors on the questionnaire score,in which the combined effect of age group,working years and professional title were more important than the latter two.Staff with age≥50 years,working years≥30 years,or senior professional titles hadn’t gotten a higher score.Conclusion We need to strengthen the knowledge training on hypertension treatment,especially on the″medication start-up time″and″combination medication″for doctors,pharmacy stuff and nursing staff in Bengbu Area,and pay attention to training the senior staff.
