摘 要:为提高催化剂的催化性能,将三聚氰胺、多聚甲醛和泊洛沙姆F127溶解在二甲基亚砜中通过水热法制备得密胺,吸附铜离子后得到金属化的多级孔密胺材料;采用FT-IR、TG、SEM、TEM、BET、XPS等方法分析密胺材料的化学结构和孔结构等性能。结果显示:金属化的多孔密胺材料催化CO2和氧化苯乙烯的环加成反应,在100℃、2 MPa的压力下,反应2 h后转化率高达97.2%。金属化密胺颗粒表现出了超过同类催化剂的优良性能。In order to improve the catalytic performance of the catalyst,melamine and paraformaldehyde and poloxamer F127 were dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare melamine by hydrothermal method.After absorbing copper ions,a metallized multi-hole melamine material was obtained.FT-IR,TG,SEM,TEM,BET,XPS and other methods were used to analyze the chemical structure and pore structure of the melamine material.The results show that the metallized porous melamine material catalyzes the cycloaddition reaction of CO2 and styrene oxide.At 100℃and 2 MPa pressure,the conversion rate after reaction for 2 h is as high as 97.2%.Metallized melamine particles show superior performance over similar catalysts.
