摘  要:针对现有行李箱功能较为单一、方便性有待提高、储物方式简单等问题,文章设计、开发了一种多功用拉杆箱,对拉杆箱进行扩展性设计,增添了拉杆箱座椅、桌子和分层储物功能。当有需要时,可使拉杆箱作为座椅和桌子使用。箱体部分采用分层设计,使不同物品分开放置,防止易损性物品在旅行中因颠簸等受损。基于SolidWorks软件对拉杆箱关键零部件进行静应力分析,结果显示零部件满足使用要求。对拉杆箱进行扩展性设计与开发,扩展了拉杆箱的功能,增强了拉杆箱的实用性,极大方便了人们的旅行。For the existing luggage, the function is relatively simple, the convenience needs to be improved, and the storage method is simple, a multi-purpose trolley case is designed and manufactured in this paper. The trolley case has been expanded to add a trolley case, table and tiered storage. When needed, the trolley case can be used as a seat and table. The box part is layered, so that different items can be placed separately to prevent the vulnerable items from being damaged due to bumps and other reasons during the performance process. Static stress analysis of key components of the trolley case based on SolidWorks software shows that the components meet the requirements for use. The expansion design and development of the trolley case expands the function of the trolley case and improves the practicality of the trolley case, which greatly facilitates people’s travel.
