摘　　要：本文通过分析院外应急医疗救援体系的国内、国际研究文献,对心肺复苏、室性心律失常与自动体外除颤、心肌梗死与植入性心律转复除颤器、肺栓塞溶栓与体外生命支持、心力衰竭与心脏再同步化治疗、脑卒中与复苏等方面的研究进展进行深入探讨,建议需综合提升当前救治体系建设,普及各专业救援力量以及公民志愿者急救技能水平培训,建设高效应急医学响应体系,推进国家应急体系现代化建设。For the purpose to promote the development of comprehensive emergency medical system, this article analyzed the literature of emergency medical intervention and primary prevention in out-of-hospital cardiac arrests(OHCA) such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, ventricular tachyarrhythmias, automatic external defibrillator, Myocardial Infarction, Pulmonary embolism, stroke, and cardiac resynchronization therapy, et al. It suggested that the National Health Committee should help to review and study related emergency medical management policies, strengthen the sharing and linkage of emergency information, improve scientific dispatching response, integrate the first-aid sections, and improve the continuity of modern medical emergency system. China public community recognized the great need for prompt cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge and lifesaving emergency interventions after a sudden cardiac death(SCD) event of a TV star recently. The development of emergency medical response and comprehensive rescue in out-of-hospital still faces many challenges.
