摘 要:首先推导了空心簧丝螺旋弹簧受压时的最大剪应力和刚度。然后,分析了空心簧丝弹簧刚、强度性能与重量等之间的变化关系。结果表明:将实心簧丝弹簧设计成等刚度的空心簧丝弹簧后,减重可达20.34%;将实心簧丝弹簧设计成等强度的空心簧丝弹簧后,减重可达19.24%;而且簧丝的空心结构、簧丝外径的微小增加对弹簧的使用几乎没有影响。最后,通过准静态压缩试验验证了空心与实心簧丝弹簧的等刚度性能。In this paper,the maximum shear stress and the stiffness of helical spring with hollow spring wire when it is compressed are derived at first;then,the change relations between the properties of stiffness,strength and weight and so on for helical spring with hollow spring wire are analyzed. The results show that when the helical spring with solid spring wire is designed to be the helical spring with hollow spring wire under the condition of equivalent stiffness,the weight is reduced by 20.34%;when the helical spring with solid spring wire is designed to be the helical spring with hollow spring wire under the condition of equivalent strength,the weight is reduced by 19.24%;furthermore,the hollow structure of spring wire and the small increase of the external diameter of spring wire have little effect on the use of springs. Finally,the equivalent stiffness characteristicses of helical spring with hollow spring wire and helical spring with solid spring wire are verified by the quasi-static compression test.
