摘　　要：Trim59是三结构域蛋白(tripartite-motif protein,Trim)家族的新成员,在肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭及迁移等过程中发挥重要的作用。肝癌的病程较短,恶性程度高,血行迁移早,所以早期癌症的发现和治疗对肝癌患者的生存至关重要。Trim59是肝癌的一种新的致癌因子,与肝癌的进展及不良生存率有关,有可能成为肝癌基因治疗的一个新靶点。Trim59对于进展期和晚期肝癌的治疗,以及作为肝癌的肿瘤标志物进行早期确诊,都有关键意义,为肿瘤分子靶向诊断和治疗提供新的策略。Trim59 is a new member of the family of tripartite motif(Trim)protein family,and plays an important role in tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and migration.Liver cancer has a short course of disease,a high degree of malignancy,and an early hematogenous migration,so the early detection and treatment of cancer is crucial to the survival of liver cancer patients.Trim59 is a new carcinogen of liver cancer,which is related to the progression of liver cancer and poor survival rate,and may be a new target for gene therapy of liver cancer.Trim59 plays a key role in the treatment of advanced liver cancer,as well as the early diagnosis of liver cancer as a tumor marker,providing a new strategy for targeted diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
