摘　　要：心房颤动是一种常见的心律失常。脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)是脑小血管病的一种神经影像学表型,与颅内出血倾向相关。研究显示,心房颤动患者的CMBs检出率较高,而CMBs也是增高心房颤动患者卒中风险以及心房颤动合并卒中患者死亡的危险因素。文章主要就心房颤动患者CMBs预测因素进行了综述。Atrial fibrillation is a common type of arrhythmia.Cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)are a neuroimaging phenotype of cerebral small vessel disease,which is related to the tendency of intracranial hemorrhage.Studies have shown that the detection rate of CMBs in patients with atrial fibrillation is higher,and CMBs are also a risk factor for increasing the risk of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation and death in patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with stroke.This article reviews the predictive factors of CMBs in patients with atrial fibrillation.
