摘　　要：心房颤动是一种临床常见的心律失常类型,可显著增高卒中风险,其发病率随年龄增长而升高。脑小血管病是指由于各种病因影响脑内小动脉、微动脉、毛细血管、微静脉和小静脉所导致的一系列临床、影像学和病理学综合征。近年来的一些研究显示,心房颤动与脑小血管病之间存在一定的联系。文章就心房颤动与脑小血管病的关系进行了综述。Atrial fibrillation is a common clinical type of arrhythmia,which can significantly increase the risk of stroke,and its incidence increases with age.Cerebral small vessel disease refers to a series of clinical,imaging and pathological syndromes caused by various etiologies affecting the small arteries,arterioles,capillaries,venules,and small veins in the brain.Some studies in recent years have shown that there is a certain link between atrial fibrillation and cerebrovascular disease.This article reviews the relationship between atrial fibrillation and cerebrovascular disease.
