摘  要:目的了解孕产妇对育婴知识的知晓情况、影响因素及需求情况,为教学工作、健康宣教及育婴师培训提供依据。方法利用自行设计调查问卷调查随机抽取1072名孕产妇,获取其对婴幼儿日常生活护理、预防接种与常见疾病识别及护理等知识的知晓与需求情况,多因素Logistic回归分析影响知晓率的影响因素。结果1072名孕产妇对育婴知识的总知晓率为61.77%,仅11.94%人能正确回答所有问题。“知晓”组612人,“不足”组460人。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,不同胎次(3胎及以上OR=6.44、2胎OR=2.023)和接受过知识宣传(OR=3.351)是知晓率的影响因素。两组人群获取育婴知识的需求途径主要为医护人员(医院)和知识讲座。结论孕产妇对育婴知识的知晓度不高,倾向于通过医护人员(医院)和知识讲座获取。教学应结合孕产妇对育婴知识的知晓与需求的情况,并运用到实际工作。Objective To understand the awareness,influencing factors and requirements of pregnant women on parental knowledge,so as to provide a basis for teaching,health education and infant teacher training.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to randomly select 1072 pregnant women to obtain their awareness and requirements of daily life nursing,vaccination,common disease identification and nursing of infants and young children.The influencing factors were analyzed with multiple logistic regression analysis.Results Among 1072 pregnant women,the total awareness rate of parental knowledge was 61.77%.Only 11.94%of pregnant women could answer all the questions correctly.There were 612 pregnant women in“Know”group and 460 pregnant women in“inadequate”group respectively.The results of multiple logistic regression showed different fetal times(OR=6.448 in triplets pregnancies and above,OR=2.203 in second pregnancies),and received knowledge propaganda(OR=3.351)were the influence factors of awareness.The pregnant women in the two groups obtained parental knowledge mainly from medical staff(hospital)and knowledge lectures.Conclusion Pregnant women had low awareness of parental knowledge and tended to be acquired through medical staff(hospitals)and knowledge lectures.Teaching should be combined with awareness and requirements on parental knowledge among pregnant women,and then applied to the practice.
