我国医科院校图书馆年度经费调查与合理使用策略

摘　　要：为了掌握我国医科大学图书馆经费使用情况,本文选取了教育部高校图书馆事实数据库系统中2013-2017年度高等医科普通院校图书馆年度经费数据,进行了横向对比综合分析。调查发现,电子资源采购缺乏规范,资源共享费及联盟费用的经费投入不稳定以及缺少数字资源加工费的固定投入是当前面临的主要问题。为此,医科普通院校图书馆应当构建电子资源采购经费最优比例模型,稳定联盟服务经费投入,并通过馆藏资源数字化整合文献资源。In order to grasp the utilization of the funds of the libraries of medical universities in China,I select the annual funds data of the libraries of general medical colleges and universities from 2013 to 2017 in the factual database system of University Libraries of the Ministry of Education,and make a horizontal comparative and comprehensive analysis.It is found that the purchase of electronic resources is not standardized,the investment of resources sharing fees and alliance fees is unstable,and the lack of digital resources is increased.This paper puts forward some suggestions that the libraries of medical colleges and universities should construct the optimal proportion model of electronic resources procurement funds,stabilize the investment of alliance service funds,and integrate literature resources through digitalization of library resources.
