摘 要:利用稳态球体法测量添加转炉渣的高炉喷吹煤粉的导热系数,考察温度和添加剂的添加量对煤粉导热系数的影响。结果表明,添加微量的转炉渣(添加量0.5%)即可使煤粉的导热系数增加13.16%;随着转炉渣添加量从0.5%增大到4%,煤粉的导热系数逐渐降低,且导热系数随温度的变化程度逐渐减弱。The thermal conductivity of pulverized coal injected into blast furnace with converter slag was measured by steady-state sphere method.The effects of temperature and additives on thermal conductivity of pulverized coal were investigated.The results show that the thermal conductivity of pulverized coal increases by 13.16%with the addition of small amount of converter slag(0.5%).However,with the increase of slag content from 0.5%to 4%,the thermal conductivity of pulverized coal decreases gradually,and the thermal conductivity decreases with the change of temperature.
