半夏泻心汤原方药物用量及半夏炮制方法考探

摘　　要：在现今考古发现及文献研究的基础上,对于半夏泻心汤原方中药物用量进行研究,确定原方中衡器计量药物和非衡器计量药物的剂量;半夏泻心汤原方当选用以汉代一两折合现今13.92 g为准,干姜、黄芩、人参、炙甘草均为42 g,黄连14 g,半夏35 g,大枣28 g,且原方用药比例当符合半夏2.5∶黄芩3∶干姜3∶人参3∶炙甘草3∶黄连1∶大枣2;以古今医家对半夏炮制方法的论述和现代研究成果为依据,结合方证研究需要,从药性与毒性的双重角度综合考量,认为半夏泻心汤方证研究中当以“汤洗去滑”后的半夏为准,“汤洗去滑”亦应该作为现今半夏的常规炮制方法之一。On the basis of the present archaeological discoveries and literature studies,the dosage in the original prescription of Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)was studied to determine the dosage of weighing and non-weighing herbs in the original prescription.In the original prescription of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,one Liang(两)in the Han Dynasty is equivalent to 13.92 g.The dosage of Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)and Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle)is 42 g,Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)14 g,Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)35 g,Dazao(Jujubae Fructus)28 g.The dosage ratio of herbs in the original prescription is Banxia 2.5∶Huangqin 3∶Ganjiang 3∶Renshen 3∶Zhigancao 3∶Huanglian 1∶Dazao 2.Based on the exposition of ancient and modern doctors on the processing method of Banxia and the results of modern research,combined with the needs of prescription research and comprehensive consideration from the dual perspective of medicinal property and toxicity,it is concluded that in the study of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Banxia should be taken after“washing the synovial fluid with hot water”.“Washing the synovial fluid with hot water”should be used as one of the processing methods of Banxia.
