摘　　要：产学研协同创新网络研究属于产学研合作领域的前沿领域,但国内外相关研究零散无序,系统梳理国外产学研协同创新网络理论研究成果,有助于帮助国内学术界跟踪国际产学研理论研究新范式。文中在回顾介绍国外有关产学研合作与产学研协同创新的文献基础上,针对产学研协同创新网络的前沿研究进行了一定梳理,发现现有研究主要集中在概念、机制与机理、分类、创新网络绩效等研究方面。未来研究可预见的2个方面:一是在规范当前理论研究框架的基础上,范围更广的实证研究对推动产学研协同创新网络研究将起到非常重要的作用,尤其是创新网络结构对产学研协同创新网络绩效的影响研究将会更加深入。二是关于产学研协同创新网络的机制与机理研究将是深化产学研理论的研究重点。The research of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation network is a frontier field in the field of industry-university-research institute cooperation.However,relevant researches are scattered and disordered at home and abroad.The systematic review of the theoretical research results of overseas industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation network is conducive to helping domestic academic circles to track the new paradigm of international industry-university-research institute theoretical research.On the basis of reviewing and introducing the foreign literature on industry-university-research cooperation and industry-university-research collaborative innovation,this paper sorted out the frontier research on industry-university-research collaborative innovation network,and found that the existing research mainly focused on the concept,mechanism and mechanism,classification,and innovation network performance.There are two predictable aspects of future research:first,on the basis of regulating the current theoretical research framework,a broader range of empirical research will play a very important role in promoting the research on industry-university-research collaborative innovation network,especially the impact of innovation network structure on the performance of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network will go deeper.Second,the research on the mechanism and mechanism of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network will be the focus of deepening the industry-university-research theory.
