乡村振兴背景下乡土人才培养的现状与对策探讨--以温州市瓯海区为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的提出,进一步明确了农业农村优先发展的主要目标及指导理念。而乡村振兴战略的实现,根基在于产业的振兴,关键则在于人才的振兴。但从实际情况来看,农村人才缺失已经成为各地普遍存在的现象,在一定程度上制约了乡村振兴战略的推进。本文以温州市瓯海区为例,详细阐述了乡村振兴战略中瓯海西部山区农村人才现状、存在问题,在此基础上提出了乡土人才培养的对策和建议,以供温州市发展乡村振兴参考。The strategy of Rural Revitalization is put forward,it further clarifies the main objectives and guiding concepts of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.Realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy,which foundation lies in the revitalization of industry,it's key lies in the rejuvenation of talents.Judging from the actual situation,the lack of rural talents has become a common phenomenon all over the country,to a certain extent,it restricts the promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization.This article takes Wenzhou Ouhai as an example,the present situation and existing problems of rural talents in the strategy of Rural Revitalization are elaborated in detail,so the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of local talents are put forward.
