摘 要:为实现球状YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2复合结构材料的大规模生产,采用喷雾干燥法合成了YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2复合结构材料。通过能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜仪(FE-SEM)对其组成、结构和形貌进行表征与分析。结果表明:YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2材料为非晶SiO2与四方锆石结构YVO4:Eu^3+颗粒的复合结构,粒径分布在1~7μm之间,球状形貌颗粒,且其外壳有一层致密的包覆膜;球状YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2复合结构材料在紫外光激发下表现出较为优异的三价铕离子典型的发射光谱,其主要支配峰位于612 nm处,呈现为红光的特征波长。本文所用喷雾干燥法可高效制备得到球状YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2复合结构材料,对实现球状荧光粉的工业化生产起到了促进作用。In order to carry out the large-scale production of spherical YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2 composites,YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2composites were synthesized by spray drying method.Their composition,structure and morphology were characterized and analyzed by energy spectrum analyzer(EDS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM).The results show that YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2 composite is of a composite structure,i.e.amorphous SiO2 and square zircon,with a particle size distribution of 1~7μm,and it is particle of spherical morphology.Besides,its shell has a dense coating film.And the spherical YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2 composites exhibit excellent emission spectra of trivalent europium ions excited by ultraviolet light,and their dominant peaks are located at 612 nm,showing the characteristic wavelengths of red light.The results demonstrate that the spherical YVO4:Eu^3+/SiO2 composites are effectively synthesized by this method and this method is a feasible way to realize the large-scale industrial production of fluorescent powder.
