常规矫正与微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸的效果

摘　　要：目的研究口腔正畸患者采用常规矫正与微型种植体支抗治疗的临床价值。方法90例口腔正畸患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组行微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组行常规矫正治疗。比较两组干预前后下中切牙-下颌平面角(LI-MP)与上中切牙-前颅平面角(UI-SN)、治疗效果与并发症发生情况。结果干预后,两组LI-MP、UI-SN均优于干预前,观察组LI-MP(106.18±8.26)°大于对照组的(101.35±7.84)°,UI-SN(77.04±2.31)°小于对照组的(80.04±2.13)°,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率97.77%高于对照组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.66%低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸患者用微型种植体支抗治疗能提高整体疗效,且改善咬合关系,具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To study the clinical value of conventional correction and micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics patients.Methods A total of 90 orthodontics patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group received microimplant anchorage for treatment,and the control group received conventional correction for treatment.The lower incisor and mandibular plane(LI-MP)and upper incisor and sella nasion plane(UI-SN)indicators,therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the LI-MP and UI-SN in the,two groups was better than those before intervention.The LI-MP(106.18±8.26)°in the observation group was greater than(101.35±7.84)°in the control group,and UI-SN(77.04±2.31)°was smaller than(80.04±2.13)°in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 97.77%in the observation group,which was higher than 84.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 6.66%,which was lower than 22.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro implant anchorage can improve the overall effect and the occlusal relationship of orthodontic patients,which has a broad application prospect.
