摘　　要：陈立先生是我国著名的心理学家、教育家。他先后担任浙江师范学院院长、杭州大学校长、浙江大学理学院心理与行为科学系教授、博士生导师。他重视高等教育,提倡大刀阔斧去重点培养人才,改革高等教育管理体制,强调系科设置和心理学科的重要性,对高校招生办法和老浙大四校联合提出了合理的构想,这些教育思想至今仍具有一定的现实意义。先生与我多有交往,在科研工作方面给了我极大的鼓励和帮助。Mr.Chen Li is a famous psychologist and educator in China.He has successively served as the president of Zhejiang Normal University,the president of Hangzhou University,and a professor and doctoral supervisor of Department of Psychology and Behavior Sciences of Zhejiang University.He attached great importance to higher education,advocated the vigorous cultivation of talents,reformed the current management system of higher education,emphasized the importance of setting department and the discipline of psychology,and put forward a reasonable idea for the enrollment method of colleges and universities and the combination of the four universities of old Zhejiang University.These educational ideas have certain practical significance up to now.Mr.Chen has many contacts with me and has given me great encouragement and help in scientific research.
