摘 要:2020年初突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情席卷全国,校园人群集中、局部密集、流动频繁,返校开学后学校疫情防控是一次重大考验。如何有力、有序、有效地做好开学工作是教育系统必须完成的现实课题。各学校应坚持"精准施策",实施"联防联控",强化校园医务人员指导培训,重视师生心理疏导,树立大健康理念,建立政府-学校-家庭-社会四位一体的多元协同治理机制,促进学生身心素质全面提高。The sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) swept across the country at the beginning of 2020.The prevention and control of campus epidemic becomes a major test facing schools when students return to school because of the concentration of campus population and frequent flow of people. A practical task for the education system is to carry out the school-starting work orderly and effectively.All types of schools at all levels should "promote targeted management," implement "joint prevention and control," enhance guidance and training of campus medical personnel,provide psychological counseling for teachers and students, set up comprehensive health concept, and establish a coordinated governance mechanism incorporating efforts from government, school, family and society, thus promote the overall improvement of students′ physical and mental quality.
