摘　　要：目的 探讨采用5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合595nm脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效观察与分析。方法 按照随机数字表法选择我科门诊就诊符合入选标准的婴幼儿血管瘤患者62例,随机分为治疗组31例和对照组31例,对照组采用595nm脉冲染料激光治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率(90.32%)显著高于对照组(70.96%),不良反应率(16.12%)显著低于对照组(35.48%),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用5%咪喹莫特外用联合595脉冲燃料激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective In order to investgate the effect of 5% Imiquimod Cream combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser on Treating Infantile Hemangioma.Methods 62 cases of infantile hemangioma were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases each.The control group was treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser.The study group was treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with 5% Imiquimod Cream.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate (90.32%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.96%),and the adverse reaction rate (16.12%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (35.48%).The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of infantile hemangioma with 5% Imiquimod Cream combined with 595nm pulsed dye laser safe and effective,worth popularizing.
