正畸在轻中度牙周炎维护期患者的应用疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨轻中度牙周炎患者进入牙周维护期后进一步配合正畸的疗效观察。方法选取2014.3-2016.3于我院经过牙周基础治疗进入维护期的轻中度牙周炎患者90例进行研究,患者拒绝配合进一步正畸者纳入对照组,单纯予以牙周维护治疗,共45例;观察组45例接受正畸及牙周维护治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果牙周维护治疗前,观察组的GI、PLI、SBI、PD、AI各项指标情况明显低于对照组,经牙周维护治疗后,GI、PLI、SBI、PD、AI各项指标较治疗前均明显降低,且两组间对比无显著差异(P>0.05),具有统计学意义;正畸结束后,观察组的前牙段、颊侧段、咬合、中线等各项正畸指标均明显低于对照组,且组间对比(P<0.05)差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:对于牙周炎患者,在正畸过程中不利于牙周维护,但经牙周治疗能够得以控制。并且经正畸的牙周炎患者远期牙周健康程度优于未经正畸者。Objective To probe into the application effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic in treatment of periodontitis.Methods 90 cases of patients with mild to moderate periodontitis who entered the maintenance period after basic periodontal treatment in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected for research,and the patients who refused to cooperate with further orthodontic treatment were included in the control group.45 cases were treated with periodontal maintenance alone;45 patients in the observation group received orthodontic and periodontal maintenance treatment.Then,the clinical effects of two groups of patients were compared and observed.Results Before periodontal maintenance treatment,the indexes of GI,PLI,SBI,PD,AI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.After periodontal maintenance treatment,the indexes of GI,PLI,SBI,PD,AI were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).After orthodontic treatment,the indexes of anterior teeth,buccal side,occlusion,midline and other orthodontic treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For periodontitis patients,it is not conducive to periodontal maintenance in the process of orthodontic treatment,but it can be controlled by periodontal treatment.And the long-term periodontal health of patients with periodontitis treated by orthodontics is better than that of patients without orthodontics.
