摘　　要：乳腺癌目前仍是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。随着乳腺癌发病率的不断上升,乳房缺损和不对称畸形的患者逐渐增加,越来越多的女性希望通过术后即刻乳房重建技术来改善乳房形态,减轻术后心理创伤,重塑女性身体曲线。即刻乳房重建技术主要包括自体皮瓣重建及植入物重建。Breast cancer is still the most common cancer for females.As breast cancer morbidity increases,patients’ demands for avoiding body image damage and asymmetry deformity increase,and the willingness of Immediate breast reconstruction is stronger than before.Application of immediate breast reconstruction techniques currently used breast implant or autologous tissue to help breast cancer patients to reduce psychosocial distress after mastectomy and improve body aesthetic outcome.
