摘  要:从时间分配的角度审视校长工作,可以帮助我们更好地理解校长工作的区域差异与结构特征。基于TALIS2018初中学段的校长调查结果显示,欧洲国家和亚洲国家的校长工作时间分配结构存在较大差异,欧洲国家的校长较为重视行政事务和领导事务,亚洲国家的校长较为重视课程与教学事务。在欧洲国家中,校长侧重领导职责、弱化课程与教学和学生互动的国家,更有可能在PISA2015中具有较高科学成绩。在亚洲国家中,校长侧重课程与教学职责、弱化学生互动和家长互动的国家,更有可能在PISA2015中具有较高的科学成绩。国家层面约定俗成的校长工作围绕课程与教学事务展开,行政事务和领导事务构成校长工作的两条主线,与学生的互动构成了沟通各项校长工作的中心环节。在建设人类命运共同体的国际倡议下,通过组织国际大型测评推广基于中国基础教育发展经验的指标体系,有助于形成融合但有别于西方范式的校长专业发展模式。Examining principal work from a perspective of lime allocation can support our understanding of its structural characteristics and regional differences.The junior school principal survey results of TALIS2018 indicated that principals'time allocation structures differ between European and Asian countries,with European countries emphasizing administrative and leadership issues and Asian countries emphasizing curriculum and teaching issues.European countries where principals spent more time on leadership issues and less time on curriculum and teaching issues and student interactions tend to have higher student science performance in PISA2015 or PISA2012.Asian countries where principals spent more time on curriculum and teaching issues and less time on student and parent interactions tend to have higher student science performance in PISA2015 or PISA2012.From a systematic perspective established by usage,principals'work was arranged around curriculum and teaching issues,followed the two main lines of administrative and leadership issues,and linked by principals*interactions with students.In the initiative of cultivating community with shared future for mankind,introducing index systems based on Chinese basic education experience via organizing international largescale surveys is beneficial to develop teacher and principal professional development models merging the Western and Eastern wisdom.
