摘　　要：目的 了解杭州市中小学生口腔卫生知识知晓情况和行为状况以及龋病影响因素,为学校开展口腔健康教育提供依据。方法 运用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取杭州市19所中小学校在校学生942人,开展口腔卫生知识问卷调查和现场口腔检查。结果 杭州市中小学生口腔知识知晓率、正确刷牙率和口腔卫生行为养成率分别为81.27%、56.46%和51.27%。虽中学生知晓率高于小学生,但小学生行为养成率高于中学生。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,喜吃甜食、女生、小学生为龋病发生的独立危险因素。结论 深入开展口腔健康教育,提高学生口腔卫生知识知晓率和正确刷牙率,促成学生养成良好口腔卫生习惯。Objective To investigate the awareness and behavior of oral hygiene among primary and middle school students in Hangzhou and the factors affecting dental caries,so as to provide evidence for oral health education in schools.Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling method,942 students from 19 primary and secondary Hangzhou schools were enrolled,and subjected to questionnaire survey on awareness of oral hygiene and on-site oral examination.Results Rates of oral hygiene awareness,correct tooth-brushing and oral hygiene behavior development in primary and middle school students in Hangzhou were 81.27%,56.46%and 51.27%,respectively.Although the awareness rate was higher in middle school students than in primary school students,the latter showed higher rate of behavior development compared with the middle school students.Multivariate Logistic regression showed that sweetmeats,girls,and primary schooling were independent risk factors for dental caries.Conclusion A thorough education on oral health should be implemented to improve the awareness of oral hygiene,tooth-brushing,and development of good oral hygiene habits in students.
