摘 要:为研究日粮中添加六月雪粉对三穗鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取72只30周龄的三穗鸭母鸭,总共分为4组,每组3个重复,每重复6只鸭,对照组(CON组)每天用基础日粮饲喂,试验组(T1、T2、T3组)在此基础上分别添加2%、4%和6%的六月雪粉,预饲期7 d,正式期35 d。结果表明:CON组的平均日采食量为最高,与T3组相比提高了6.99%(P<0.01),T2组的平均日采食量次之,与T3组相比提高了4.82%(P<0.05);CON组的日均蛋重最高,与T2和T3组相比分别提高了4.50%、5.09%(P<0.01),与T1组相比提高了2.59%(P<0.05);T2组的产蛋率最高,与T1组、T3组和CON组相比分别提高了23.67%、28.82%、46.09%(P<0.01);T2组的饲料转化率最高,与T1组、T3组和CON组相比分别提高了15.36%、17.52%、28.71%(P<0.01);各试验组对鸭蛋的蛋品质并无不良影响。综上所述,六月雪粉的最适添加比例为4%。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of diets added Serissa japonica powder on the laying performance and egg quality of Sansui duck.72 Sansui female ducks of 30 weeks old were selected and divided into four groups,each with 3 replicates and 6 ducks per replicate.The control group(CON group)was fed daily with basal diets,the T1,T2and T3 test groups added 2%,4% and 6% Serissa japonica powder on this basis,pre-feeding period of 7 days,official period of 35 days.The results showed that the average daily feed intake of the CON group was the highest,which was 6.99%higher than that of the T3 group(P<0.01),and the average daily feed intake of the T2 group was second,which was 4.82%higher than that of the T3 group(P<0.05);the average daily egg weight of the CON group was the highest,which was increased by 4.50%and 5.09%(P<0.01)compared with the T2 and T3 groups,and increased by 2.59% compared with the T1 group(P<0.05).The T2 group had the highest egg production rate,which was increased by 23.67%,28.82% and 46.09%(P<0.01)compared with T1,T3 and CON groups,respectively.The T2 group had the highest feed conversion rate and increased by 15.36%,17.52%and 28.71%compared with T1,T3 and CON groups,respectively(P<0.01);each test group had no adverse effect on the egg quality of duck eggs.In summary,the optimum ratio of Serissa japonica powder was 4%.
