摘 要:以国产6CS21型发电用柴油机为对象,研究了两级增压技术对船用柴油机性能的影响.结果表明:两级增压技术的应用可以显著提高柴油机功率密度,采用可变气门正时(VVT)技术可以解决强米勒技术应用下柴油机在低负荷时过量空气系数不足的问题,共轨压力的提高有利于降低两级增压柴油机烟度排放.与单级增压柴油机相比,两级增压柴油机功率可提高13.6%,加权燃油消耗率降低了11.6 g/(kW·h),柴油机排气温度在全负荷下平均降低23℃,标定负荷压比可达7.15,加权NOx排放比原机降低了11.8%,可同时满足IMO TierⅡ和内河近海中国第Ⅰ阶段排放法规要求.Influence of two stage turbocharging on the performance of 6 CS21 marine diesel engine,a China brand power generation engine,was investigated experimentally.The results show that the application of two stage turbocharging significantly increases the power density of the engine.In addition,variable valve timing(VVT)with strong Miller solves the problem of low excess air coefficient and high rail pressure reduces smoke emission.Compared with single stage turbocharging engine,the two stage turbocharging counterpart with a pressure ratio of 7.15 at rated load enhances the power by 13.6%,decreases averagely the exhaust temperature at full load by 23℃,reduces the weighted mean effective fuel consumption rate and NOx emission by 11.6 g/(kW·h)and 11.8%respectively.Weighted mean NOx emission meets IMO TierⅡand ChinaⅠinland waterway vessels emission regulations at the same time.
