摘  要:重载铁路轴重大、运量高,且大多从山区通过,曲线半径严重受限,这对桥上无缝线路的强度及稳定性非常不利。本文结合蒙西至华中铁路煤运通道荆门李家湾跨焦柳线特大桥,在减少钢轨伸缩调节器设置的前提下,建立梁-轨有限元计算模型,通过钢轨和墩台附加纵向力以及断缝值比选3种扣件铺设方案,得出采用零阻力扣件方案既可降低梁轨相互作用,又能保证线路具有足够的稳定性。The heavy haul railway has a large axle,a high traffic volume,and mostly passes through mountainous areas.The curve radius is seriously limited,which is very unfavorable to the strength and stability of the Continuously Welded Rail on the bridge.Combining with the Jingmen Lijiawan super large bridge crossing Jiaozuo-Liuzhou railway in coal transportation channel of Mengxi-Huazhong railway,the beam-rail finite element calculation model was established on the premise of reducing the setting of rail expansion adjuster.Through the comparison of the additional longitudinal force and the gap value of the rail and pier,three kinds of fastener laying schemes were selected.It is concluded that the“zero”resistance fastener scheme can not only reduce the interaction between the beam and the rail,but also ensure the sufficient stability of the railway line.
