摘　　要：供应链管理技术对于大型商用飞机制造业的发展至关重要,但现阶段全球大型商用飞机制造业供应链管理技术相对薄弱。文章梳理商用飞机制造业供应链发展历程和研究工作现状,特别分析波音公司和空客公司在供应链管理方面的实践,如外包、风险合作等。借助Meta图来分析大型商用飞机制造业供应链网络,并以波音公司、空客公司和中国商飞公司为供应链核心企业范例来设计大型商用飞机制造业供应链网络。文章的资料整理与理论分析工作对大型商用飞机制造业供应链管控策略的改进和供应链管理水平的提升具有重要的指导意义。Supply chain management technology is one of the most important things to the global large commercial aircraft(LCA)manufacturing industry.However,the present supply chain management capability of LCA manufacturing industry is relatively weak.The stages of supply chain management of commercial aircraft manufacturing industry are introduced,and researches on LCA supply chain management are reviewed.Supply chain management practices of Boeing and Airbus,especially those on outsource and risk sharing,are analyzed.The Meta graph method is used to design the supply chain network of the global LCA manufacturing industry,and Boeing,Airbus or COMAC is as the core enterprise respectively.The conclusions are expected to be of importance to the LCA manufacturing supply chain management.
