摘　　要：手指粗糙是困扰食品制造从业人员的一个大问题。既要防止手粗糙,又要进行正确的洗手、保持手指卫生,是食品工厂管理者亟待解决的一个课题。本文推荐食品制造现场借鉴医疗体系的洗手方法,希望能消除食品制造从业人员抱怨的手粗糙问题。Finger roughness is a major problem that concerns food manufacturing practitioners. It is an urgent issue for food factory managers to address on how to prevent rough hands, wash hands correctly and keep finger hygiene at the same time. In this paper, we recommend the hand washing method applied in healthcarel system as a reference for food manufacturing field, hoping to eliminate the problem of hand roughness complained by food manufacturing practitioners.
