摘　　要：研究了洗碗机用餐具洗涤剂的单一原料和复配体系对人工污垢去除的性能。结果表明,螯合剂和分散剂有助于去污性能的提高,并且具有协同作用;蛋白酶和淀粉酶对对应污渍的去除效果显著;碱性体系有助于油污的去除,但pH值不宜设计太高;洗碗机用餐具洗涤剂复配体系的浊点宜设计在洗碗机主洗温度附近。The removal of artificial soils using single ingredients and compounded system of dishwasher detergents was studied.The results showed that chelating agents and dispersants could improve the decontamination performance and showed synergistic effect;protease and amylase were effective in removing the corresponding stains;alkalinity was helpful for the removal of oil stains,but the pH of the system should not be designed too high;the cloud point of the formula should be designed near the mainwash temperature of the dishwasher.
